Shipping Expectations

  1. As soon as you place your order, you will receive a system-generated confirmation email.
  2. Please allow for your order to be shipped 2-3 business days after payment within our shipping time zone (CST). Shipments only go out Mon-Wed. So if you order after 6pm on Tuesday, your order will go out the following Monday. Unless we decide to ship on Thursday which is rare.
  3. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will print your shipping label. Tracking numbers are only generated once your shipping label has been printed.
  4. When you receive your order, immediately refrigerate. Gel will be good for 3-4 weeks if kept refriegerated.
  5. Take 2-3 tbsp per day

  • Our gels are made fresh & are refrigerated before shipping, you must refrigerate sea moss gels upon arrival.
